By joining WePaid, you agree to these terms. WePaid may modify these terms at any time. If a
change is made, WePaid will notify all members of the change(s) made by email and on the news page in the
members area. WePaid reserves the right to cancel a member's account for any reason and at any time. WePaid provides no guarantee whatsoever and may discontinue its services at any time. WePaid is not responsible for the content or practices of web sites operated by third parties that are linked to our site. Links and/or email ads to third party sites do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement or approval by WePaid of the content, policies or practices of such third party sites. Once you have left the WePaid site via such a link, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party site. Visitors to those sites should refer to their separate privacy policies and practices
To Join
You must be at least thirteen years old to join WePaid. Our program is available worldwide except for those who cannot speak
and read English. Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple people in a household may join if they each use their own separate
email address. If a person is found earning points or money for another account, all accounts involved will be canceled. You may not join if you had an account cancelled because of spamming and/or cheating.
Rewards
WePaid allows you to be rewarded for reading your email, visiting your personal portal, signing up for special offers, and shopping a websites listed in our shopping section.
Payment
WePaid will issue a payment within 10 days after the member requests payment by clicking the "Request Payment" button in their account.
The "Request Payment" button will appear on the member's earnings page when the member reaches the minimum payout amount. The minimum payout amount
is $4. You must have some earnings of your own! There is no processing
fee for online payments. The member is responsible for keeping his/her information up to date for payments. WePaid may delay payments if
an advertiser is late in paying WePaid. WePaid may change the balance of the member's account if WePaid believes
the amount is incorrect or if an advertiser makes a partial payment.
Account Use
WePaid strictly prohibits the use of spam (unsolicited email in connection with WePaid, including but not limited to junk mail, chain letters,
newsgroups, forums or other unsolicited bulk email, commercial or otherwise, especially to people who you have had no prior contact with). If a member is reported
for spamming, the matter will be investigated. If WePaid decides the member spammed, the member's account will be canceled and all money and referrals
will be forfeited. The member's upline will lose the referrals the member obtained. Any decision WePaid makes regarding a member's account is final.
All members are required to keep their contact information up to date. WePaid may cancel a member's account if the info the member provided
is invalid. Members may cancel their account at any time. If a member cancels his/her account, all money earned and referrals obtained will be forfeited. A member must NOT place their WePaid portal link on traffic exchanges or other webpages. Any member who does so will be warned by email to remove their link, if they do not comply within 48hrs, their WePaid account will be cancelled.
Warranty
USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF WePaid IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. WePaid IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WePaid EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. WePaid MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH
THE SERVICE.
